Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Intelligent-Motion-Systems MDO3CSL34C7-EJ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eurotherm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Irt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kb-Electronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eurotherm such as the DRGSCDCU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4005960503000000 manufactured by Irt and we are pleased to be able to service most Irt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KE351 by Manufacturer Kb-Electronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Iptci Brand SUCSFL21031 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Intermatic such as T7802B equipment made by Intermatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intermatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intermatic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available B0133SADPC made by Invensys as well as the popular 3500007244C original spares produced by Intergy

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LBM22KN751 by Interface and T7802B spares by Intermatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P5295A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ishida.
